WHAT IS IT:
A one of a kind program that allows bourbon enthusiasts a unique perspective into the maturation and production of our bourbon giving you unprecedented access to our spirits before they are available to the general public. By joining the Barrel & Thief Bourbon Program, you will have the opportunity to experience the variables of different distillate seasons, mash bills, barrel types, and spirit maturation that goes into making our bourbon as well as have exclusive access to buying our new releases before the general public. Membership does not expire and a backer may upgrade levels at any time. This experience is not part of our general distillery tour and is unique to members only.

Join us on 1 of 7 New Make designated evenings throughout the year as a Barrel & Thief Bourbon Backer as we pull samples of our barrels during the aging process to sample their individual maturation. Our head distiller will guide you through the aging and maturation of our bourbon in an intimate evening at our distillery while you are present to taste 3 different samples directly pulled from our barrels.

Backers will taste 3 different options each year choosing 1 favorite as their yearly selection.
Your Bourbon selection will be stored and saved for you until its maturation date is completed and bottled then will be available for pick up at the distillery. If you are not present for selection you will be randomly assigned a bourbon each year.
